To become an Independent Contractor and obtain an IC Code from The Company, a person must place an initial order of 10 or more units. The concept is simple: Sales opportunities are available to become an Independent Contractor (Sales Associate) for The Company. The three main marketing tools of an Independent Contractor are a physical copy of the game, the www.Po-Rum-Bo.com website for the game and product brochures / sell sheets regarding the game. The payment plan for an Independent Contractor is straightforward. Each Independent Contractor receives $2 per $19.99 unit sold online plus a bonus of either 1 free board game or $10 for each 10 units sold. An Independent Contractor's first bonus must be the 1 free board game. An Independent Contractor is awarded a qualifying sale when a unit is sold online and the Independent Contractor's IC Code is entered in as a Coupon Code as part of the transaction at the point of sale. Sales are based on online purchases only. Commissions are paid once per month, 45 days after the last day of the month in which the qualifying sale occurred. Lastly, an Independent Contractor is paid on each qualifying sale so long as the purchaser of said sale has not returned the subject product within the 30 day warranty period offered by The Company.
